Background & Experience

Holly is a Newburgh native who currently lives on Evansville's north side. Graduating cum laude with a BS in Accounting from Indiana University Bloomington and magna cum laude with a Masters in Business Administration from Anderson University, Holly is no stranger to hard work, creative problem solving, and effective communication and looks forward to using her personal initiative to benefit her clients.

Prior to becoming a commercial broker, Holly spent over 19 years working in the for-profit industry managing large teams of engineers and analysts and specializing in the integration between IT and Accounting systems. Most recently she spent 3 years serving as the Executive Director of a local child advocacy center and the Development Director for Habitat for Humanity of Evansville, fulfilling her desire to give back to the community in which she is raising her family. Holly was a 2016 recipient of the Evansville Business Journal’s Top 20 Under 40.

Holly and her husband Scott began investing in real estate in 2017. Building their portfolio, Holly took an active interest in the process. Having a natural talent for relationship building, real estate brokerage seemed like a natural fit.

Outside of work, Holly volunteers with many community organizations and currently serves on the board of directors of the Greater Evansville Indiana University Alumni Association. Holly and her husband Scott reside in Evansville with their two sons, Kaiden and Jaxon. Holly enjoys spending time watching the boys play sports, playing with her dogs, Georgie and Lola, trying new wine at their wine shop and working out at the gym.
